before transmitting it...are controlled bu QoS property settings as described
in section 2.5.5."

Followed in the next paragraph by:

"...Note that the operation will block until there is a sequence available
to return."

Proposed resolution:

The final sentence quoted should read:

" Note that the operation will block until there is a sequence available
to return unless overridden by QoS pacing policies."

Alternatively the final sentence could be deleted..
