    Summary: As a result of the deprecation of the TransactionalObject interface
    defined by the recently adopted CORBA Messaging specification, it is no
    longer necessary for the Notification Service to explicitly define
    transactional client and proxy interfaces. Instead, descriptive text should
    be added to Chapter 2 explaining how an implementation of Notification
    should support transactional event tranmission.
