MOF2RDF11 — The ontology (RDF files) should be revised to use the Commons ontologies

Currently, the MOF2RDF ontologies do not include copyrights or metadata that would indicate licensing. Additional metadata would also assist users in understanding how to use the content of these ontologies. Ontology-level and element level metadata, similar to what has been done for other OMG standard ontologies, would be helpful and provide missing governance details.
