MARTE12_ — Missing HwRouter stereotype to allow modeling of Networks-on-Chips

An extension to the HwMedia stereotype should be added to allow the modeling of Networks-on-Chips in addition to buses as the become more and more the communication media of choice for new generation systems-on-chips.

This HwRouter stereotype could have the following attributes:
+ fifoSize: NFP_DataSize
+ isRoutingAdaptative: NFP_Boolean
+ switchingType: SwitchingType
+ isSynchronous: NFP_Boolean
+ fifoLocation: FifoLocationSpecification

with the following definition of SwitchingType:

Accept proposed changes

As proposed in the issue text, a stereotype has to be added to the HwCommunication sub-profile. This impacts the summary of the HRM profile domain view (14.2.2), its UML representation (both the diagrams, 14.2.3.1, and the list of stereotypes, 14.2.3.2) and the description of the corresponding domain elements (F.9).
