Section B.3.3.9 refers to the VSL grammar rule for the production of interval specifications. There is no clause in this section where it is needed/possible to include such property description.
Note also that, according to figure B.7, these properties belong to BoundedSubtype, and that they are appropriately described in section B.3.2.1. -
