KDM14 — Clarify the alignment with SBVR

Clarify the algnment with SBVR, update references to the current SSBVR specification

Remove Figure 20.1 and clarify text

Current KDM mentions two kind of alignment with SBVR: one in the overview and in the Core package mentions that KDM defines a vocabulary of terms and fact types for descriptions of systems, and second in the conceptual package. The text of the conceptual package should be simplified, and the only alignment should be the one in Core and overview. The conceptual package should explain how existing ontologies and vocabularies can be represented on top of other KDM facts in a combined model.
