KDM14 — Revert from Primitivetype back to Datatype in section 9.7

    In KDM 1.3 the predefined datatypes used to be instances of MOF datatype. According to KDM14-12 this has been changed to PrimitiveType. However, following up the discussion at the AM meeting on March 26, 2015, using MOF datatype is a more appropriate decision.
