KDM14 — Clarify semantics of path attribute

Resolution to KDM14-26 add the following sentence to section 12.5.2:
On the other hand, the name of SourceFile element of the InventoryModel shall include all "extensions", etc.
The combination of path and name attributes shall uniquely identify the SourceFile in the filesystem, described by the InventoryModel.
On the other hand, the updated semantics of the URI reference and the resolution of the URI in the context of Directory ownership in KDM14-
requires a correction to this. Replace "name" into "path" in the first sentence, and replace "Combination of name and path attributes" with "Path attribute" in the second sentence.
