    Add semantic guideline that the name shall include all extensions

    The specification text should be clarified to include a semantic guideline that the name of SourceFile element of the InventoryModel shall include all "extensions", etc. The path+name shall uniquely identify the SourceFile in the filesystem, described by the InventoryModel. The semantics of CompilationUnit should be clarified, to say that the KDM implementation shall determine appropriate name of the CompilationUnit. This name may or may not be the same as the name of the corresponding SourceFile, if it is available.
