Summary:
Explicit KDM relationships are subclasses of KDMRelationship class. There are two associations: one with endpoint "to", redefines "to" from KDMRelationship; other - with endpoint "from", redefines "from" from KDMRelationship. The opposite endpoints of "to" and "from" correspond to "inbound" and "outbound" in KDMRelationship-KDMEntity association. In cmof, these endpoints correctly subset the "inbound" and "outbound" properties. However, in the KDM UML diagrams the is not stated explicitly.
Recommendation to add subsetted properites to all relation endpoints as part of upgrading to NoMagic format. -

Disposition Summary:
Add subsets inbound, outbound properties to KDM relation endpoints
Add subsetted property inbound at the endpoint opposite to "to" and subsetted property at the end opposite to "from" in all diagrams that represent KDM relationships.
This is already in the cmof model, so the impact it merely to upgrade the KDM diagrams to reflect this and tie getInbound(), getOutbound() to low-level kdm relationships, using the formal CMOF mechanism. -
