    Add charset:String attribute to CharType and String classes

    Add attribute charset:String to CharType and StringType classes. Semantics of charset is aligned with "repertoir-identifier" in ISO 11404 and identifies a character set. If this attribute is omitted, the default characterset is ISO-8859-1.
