KDM14 — Inconsistent naming of the property "taggedValue" in ModelElement

    Rename taggedValue propoerty into extendedValue

    Property "taggedValue" has actual type "ExtendedValue".
    To make it consistent, it should be renamed to "extendedValue".
    However, this will drastically break compatibility with KDM 1.3: any KDM XML that uses stereotypes will need to be changed. This change will be implemented at a later point, for the next major KDM release.
