KDM12 — Suggest putting Part 1, Part 2, Section 1, etc. in the table of contents

    Suggest putting Part 1, Part 2, Section 1, etc. in the table of contents to logically break up the TOC such as these
    heading do within the document. These headings do segment the document logically and as such I don't see why

    they are not in the TOC. Also would make it easier to find them in the document.
