    p.47 (p.25) Throughout the document, "kdm package" is also spelled as "Kdm package" – not sure which is correct
    (I assumed it was kdm package until this section). Just need to go a global search and make it consistent, whichever
    it should be.

    p.48 (p.26) need a space between the dash and defines in the first line ("–defines" should be "– defines")

    p.51 (p.29) Example section: there are extra blank lines in the Example that need to be removed.
