p.45 (p. 23) The explanation of Figure 9.4 (paragraph) right after Figure 9.4 needs work. There are no arrows in the figure,
contrary to the explanation in the paragraph. Would be helpful to tie the paragraph more to the figure, e.g. instead of
"UML package symbols represent KDM Containers..." state "UML package symbols C1 and C2 represent KDM Containers..."
and instead of "Numbers at the ends of associations..." state "the numbers at the ends of associations, such as +2,..."

Also, "interpretation that UML multiplicity" needs fixing – not sure what the sentence should read.
