KDM12 — BindsTo relationship should have a more general “to” endpoint

  • Summary:

    Currently the BindsTo relationship has the ResourceType as its “from” endpoint and another ResourceType as its “to” endpoint. As the result there is a lack of capability to capture binding of logical resources to their physical counterparts (such as files in the inventory model).

    Suggested resolution: generalize the “to” endpoint of the BindsTo relationship to KDMEntity class.
