Summary:
There are a number of stylistically incorrect uses of commas and semicolons, and this should be reviewed throughout the document. The first clear issue is in 1.3, in the paragraph that straddles the bottom of page 3 and the top of page 4 (pages 19 and 20 of the PDF file):
- the semicolon after "share" is incorrect
- the comma after "as well as" is incorrect
- the semicolon after "principles" is incorrect
- the semicolon after "separated" seems incorrect
