IEFRA_ — Section 1.2 clause list inaccurate

    Section 1.2 ("Organization of this Specification") lists the clauses wrongly - for instance, Clause 8 is listed as "Policy Decision Point (PDP)", but is actually "Policy Administration Point (PAP)".
