IEFRA_ — Verify that XSD, figures and text match for Attribute names etc

    I noticed some inconsistencies (filed in a separate issue) which suggest an automated verification would be valuable.

    Correction for IEFRA-21

    Note: IEFRA-11 in FTF 1 was renumbered as IEFRA-21 in FTF 2.

    Duplication of IEFRA-11 - corrections provided in IEFRA-132.

    All the IEFRA Message Diagrams were compared with there XSDs and differences corrected in IEFRA-132.
