IEFRA_ — Ammend IEFRA-36 Proposal

  • Key: IEFRA_-161
  • Status: closed
  • Source: Advanced Systems Management Group Ltd. ( Mr. Michael Abramson)
  • Summary:

What does this mean? What change is it that's being made?
Clause 1.6, Para 1, Page 7, Reuse of Existing Standards and Specifications, Replace “The Platform Specific Models will represent the assignment of specific standards and specifications to the components (e.g., DDS for data dissemination) and interfaces (e.g., XAMCL for exchange of policies).” With “(e.g., DDS and XACML)”.
You're not replacing the whole sentence with "e.g., DDS and XACML)" Are you? That makes no sense.
Think it would make more sense to say:
"The Platform Specific Models will represent the assignment of specific standards and specifications to the components and interfaces (e.g., DDS for data dissemination and XACML for exchange of policies, respectively)."

In the list of corrections, there appears to be one place where "Defense-in-Depth" is being replaced with the UK/CA spelling "Defence", and another place where it is "Defense".

In a later correction, it says "in a manner that provide them" – it should be "in a manner that provides them".
