    Correction for IEFRA-1

    The JIRA reference remained IEFRA-01 for both FTF1 and FTF2. Additional correction in IEFRA-84 to correct for changing document numbers.

    Issue:
    Incorrect document number formats in in Annex A and Annex B.

    The document numbers were changed between FTF1 and FTF2, as follows:

    In FTF 1 the documents references were changed:
    replace "mars20170503" with "ptc/2018-05-21" in Annex A
    replace "mars20170504" with "ptc/2018-05-22" in Annex B

    In FTF 2 the documents were changed to

    replace "mars20170503" with "ptc/2018-05-21" in Annex A
    replace "mars20170504" with "ptc/2018-05-22" in Annex B
