GEMS14 — DisconnectMessage doesn't have a response

    DisconnectMessage Response

    The original intent of the DisconnectMessage was to allow for "good behavior". It can be sent by either the GEMS user or the GEMS device and is typically immediately followed by a socket disconnect. Therefore, the may not be an available mechanism to send the reponse (the socket is closed).
