GEMS14 — HTTP header on GEMS XML example malformed

    The HTTP header for GEMS XML in section 7.4 has the following issues:

    1. First line contains "HTTP 1.0", which should be "HTTP/1.0"

    2. There should be an additional endline between the header and the body

    The intent is to use the standard HTTP header for all GEMS XML messages transferred across a plain TCP socket. However, the example in the specification does not correctly show this.
