GEMS14 — SetConfigResponse defined with two parameters in PIM

    Under "SetConfigResponse", it says "the message has 2 parameters", but only one parameter is described ("parameters_set"). This is probably a holdover from when the "valid state" parameter was removed back in v1.1. This should simply be changed to "the message has 1 parameter".
