FIGI13 — Remove Pricing Source references

Pricing source was determined to not be a differentiator in regards to assignment of a unique FIGI as opposed to Exchange Code. Pricing sources typically refer to individual brokers providing RFQ (request for quote) pricing for individual trading requests as opposed to Exchange Codes (which include central markets) that create differentiation in processes not limited to settlement, execution location, matching and other activities.

As such the following should be removed:
