FIBOFTF2 — Revise section 8.2 in the FND spec document to reflect the new ontology architecture and namespace prefixes

Several new ontologies have been added as a part of FTF 2, including a new module, which affects Figure 8.1 and Table 8.3. These should be revised accordingly.
