FIBOFTF2 — Integrate a new Codes and Coding Schemes ontology with FIBO FND in support of SEC/Securities

Definition of securities exchanges, ticker symbols, codes for currency (ISO 4127) and FpML Business Centers, all needed for SEC/Securities, require the addition of a Codes and Coding Schemes ontology, based on ISO 11179 and derived, in part, from material in the original semantics repository under the "Information" module. This ontology is closely related to the IdentifiersAndIndices ontology and should be integrated with it in the Arrangements Module.

Changes in Arrangements module, chnges in Relations to support these; consequent impacts on FormalOrganization

In reviewing what needed to be done to integrate a new set of capabilities into the Arrangements module / set of models, we uncovered some additional issues in other ontologies in Foundations. These include:

 Collection in the Arrangements ontology was originally modeled as a child of the Arrangement class, and should not be

 Group in FormalOrganizations – should- be a child of Collection when Collection becomes standalone at the top of the hierarchy

 Additional structure and clarity were needed with respect to a handful of properties in the Relations ontology that a solution for Codes requires, and

 The change to Relations should also be reflected in the Identifiers and Indices ontology
