FIBOFND11 — Add a new Classification Schemes ontology to FND as required by the FBC RFC

FBC integrated a new ontology, Classification Schemes, for use in classifying organizations, financial instruments, and other concepts via standard schemes such as the NAICS industry sector classification scheme and ISO 10962 classification scheme for financial instruments. This issue and corresponding resolution integrate the ontology defined in the FBC RFC into the FIBO FND specification.

FBC integrated a new ontology, Classification Schemes, for use in classifying organizations, financial instruments, and other concepts via standard schemes such as the NAICS industry sector classification scheme and ISO 10962 classification scheme for financial instruments. This issue and corresponding resolution integrate the ontology defined in the FBC RFC into the FIBO FND specification.

This issue affects sections 3.2 Non-Normative References, 8.2 Ontology Architecture and Namespaces, and introduces a new section 10.5.2 Classification Schemes.

The modifications defined herein are entirely additive, i.e., this is all new content for Foundations.
