EXPRESS_ — SizeConstraint/LengthConstraint subset ParameterType:constraints

    In clause 8.8.1.3 BinaryType:binary-length-constraint says that it refines InstantiableType.constraints. In clause 8.8.7.3 StringType:string-length-constraint says that it refines InstantiableType.constraints. In clause 8.9.1.3 AggregationType:lower-bound and :upper-bound say that they refine. InstantiableType.constraints.

    Actually, they all subset ParameterType:constraints and should be documented as such.
