EXPRESS_ — Literal:refers-to subsets Expression:evaluation

    In clause 12.3.2.3 EnumerationItem:refers-to says that it specializes Expression:evaluation. In clause 12.3.4.3 IndeterminateRef:refers-to says that it specializes Expression:evaluation. In clause 12.3.5.3 Literal:refers-to says that it specializes Expression:evaluation.

    These should be documented as "subsets: Expression:evaluation" instead of being derived from it.
