Summary:
In 13.10.4 AliasVariable, it should be stated that an AliasRef to an AliasVariable produces a different result from a VariableRef to an AliasVariable. The AliasRef produces the cell/variable/referent place, the VariableRef produces the value that is currently there. And for that reason, .refers-to may be a bad choice for the association end name (it is different from VariableRef:refers-to).
