EXPRESS_ — Correct the properties of Alias-binds-variable

    In 13.3.3, Alias-binds-variable, it is the alias-variable property of the AliasStatement that is composite, not the namespace property of the AliasVariable, and Figure 44 shows neither. This error is duplicated in 13.3.2.3 and 13.3.1.3.
