Summary:
In 12.11 BuiltInConstants, the Indeterminate Literal ("?") appears in the diagram in Figure 42, but is not documented in the text.
-
Reported: EXPRESS 1.0b1 — Thu, 12 Mar 2009 04:00 GMT
-
Disposition: Resolved — EXPRESS 1.0
-
Disposition Summary:
The Indeterminate Literal (“?”) is modeled in clause 12.3.4 as IndeterminateRef, and is documented there. It is treated as a distinct kind of Primary, rather than as an instance of Literal, because it does not refer to a SimpleValue.
Delete the Indeterminate object from the diagram in Figure 42, and add a Note to 12.3.4.
Issue 13707 replaces Figure 42, implementing the deletion. -
