EXPRESS_ — Derivation of redeclaration bounds

In 8.13.1.3, AssocationEnds: lower-bound, upper-bound, the tagged value 'derivation' has no value expression. And the text does not make the derivation clear. The intent is that, when the restricted-type is an AggregationType, the lower-/upper- bound is the lower-/upper-bound of that AggregationType.
Proposed Resolution:
In 8.13.1.3, Association End: lower-bound

a. After the Definition paragraph, ADD a new paragraph:
When the restricted-type is an AggregationType, the lower-bound SizeConstraint is the lower-bound of that AggregationType.

b. DELETE the "Tagged Values" and "derivation =" paragraphs.

In 8.13.1.3, Association End: upper-bound

a. After the Definition paragraph, ADD a new paragraph:
When the restricted-type is an AggregationType, the upper-bound SizeConstraint is the upper-bound of that AggregationType.

b. DELETE the "Tagged Values" and "derivation =" paragraphs.
