    In 8.12.4.3 AssocationEnds: lower-bound and upper-bound, the tagged value 'derivation' has no value expression. And none can be provided, because the derivation is different for DomainRole and RangeRole.
    Proposed Resolution:
    Delete the Tagged Value 'derivation'.
    For lower-bound, break the Definition paragraph before "The lower-bound on the Domain role..."
    For upper-bound (where the break already exists), make the paragraph normative/definitive: remove "Note: ".
