ESSENCE2 — All Figures and Diagrams in the whole Specification need to be re-issued as Vector-SVG Figures

Currently the figures in the Essence 2.0 Beta 1 specification document are raster graphics directly embedded in the MS Word document. To improve figure quality and legibility, and to aid long-term maintenance of the specification, all figures and diagrams need to be converted to Vector-SVG figures, and included into the specification maintenance archive, besides replacing the figures in the actual document.
