    Proposed Resolution:
    (At it's conference call on September 9, the submission team agreed to the following change. Since this change was after the final submission, it is recorded here for consideration by the FTF.)

    Change the Definition of "situation model" to read:

    Definition: res that is an abstract model or conceptualization of an event, activity, situation, or circumstance that may or may not occur in some possible worlds
