    The satisfierPropertykind should not be an enumeration type. This does not
    allow for growth or expressing other capacity models. This issue was
    discuss at the St. Louis meeting
    Recommendation
    Is to change from a enumeration type to string but keep the enumeration
    list as well-define string values along with their meaning.
