DDSXTY14 — Typos in DynamicData UML Diagrams

    Both figures have get_member_id_by_index methods instead of get_member_id_at_index like the rest of the spec does.

    Also Figure 19 has a typo as reported in DDSXTY14-79. label should be parameter_seq
