DDSXML11 — Incomplete dds-xml_qos_definitions_nonamespace.xsd -- Missing Qos definitions

    This specification lacks the XSD type definitions for the QoS extensions coming from DDSXTypes (at least DataRepresentationQosPolicy and TypeConsistencyEnforcementQosPolicy). These should be added to the DDS XML specification.

    Update the machine readable file dds-xml_qos_definitions_nonamespace.xsd to include the missing schemas. Update dds-xml_qos_definitions.xsd with the new schema URL. Also update the example file dds-xml_qos_example.xml to illustrate the use of these schemas.
