DDSXML11 — Missing DDS-XTypes extensions (which should be part of DDS 1.5)

    This specification lacks the XSD type definitions for the QoS extensions coming from DDSXTypes (at least DataRepresentationQosPolicy and TypeConsistencyEnforcementQosPolicy), these should be added to the DDS XML consolidated XML
