DDSSEC_ — DomainGovernance -> domain_rule -> rtps_protection_kind description is unclear

    The description refers to the "liveliness protection element", which seems like an error.

    The description further says that this element specifies "the protection kind (see 9.4.1.2.1) used for the whole RTPS message". It is not clear to which message this refers.

    Clarify whether the whole RTPS message can be encrypted

    After discussing in the FTF we decided to close this one. It seems premature to force the restriction when it is something the user can configure. As we gather more user experience if this becomes an issue we can revisit it but for now it seems best to defer it.
