DDSSEC_ — The adjusted_participant_key must be a valid Participant GUID

    In §8.3.2.9.3 (validate_local_identity), in the description of the adjusted_participant_key parameter, it's worth to specify that this BuiltinTopicKey_t must be a valid Participant GUID to conform with the DDSI specification (§8.2.4.2): i.e. with ENTITYID_PARTICIPANT.
