DDSSEC_ — Extra parameter to register_local_datawriter

    In §8.5.1.7.3 the register_local_datawriter operation is specified with 4 parameters (local_participant_identity, participant_crypto, local_datawriter_properties, exception).

    But in Table 22 (p.93) it's specified with 3 parameters only (participant_crypto, local_datawriter_properties, exception). And the register_local_datareader is also specified with 3 parameters only (participant_crypto, local_datareader_properties, exception).

    Thus, the local_participant_identity parameter should be removed from §8.5.1.7.3.
