Summary:
In section 8.5.1.9.9, there is no mention of the inline_qos parameter.
In section 8.8.10.1 and 8.8.10.4 the method is referred to as decode_serialized_data (should be decode_serialized_payload).
Section 9.5.3.3.1, Table 56, last row, the method is referred to as decode_serialized_data (should be decode_serialized_payload). Also in this row, there is a mention of encode_serialized_data (should be encode_serialized_payload).
There various other "inconsistencies" that were introduced by some naming changes in the issues previusly reolved. They should be fixed as part of this issue as well. See comments to ths issue.
