DDSSEC_ — validate_remote_permissions cannot return TRUE

    In description of is_access_protected attribute:
    "...and only match those for which the validate_remote_permissions operation returns TRUE."

    According to ยง8.4.2.7.2 this operation returns a PermissionHandle. The sentence should be rephrased as:
    "...and only match those for which the validate_remote_permissions operation doesn't returns HandleNIL."
