Summary:
The spec uses the three names: "SingleSubmsgFlag", "SingleSubmessageFlag" and "MultiSubmsgFlag" to refer to the same concept.
We would recommended that the name "MultiSubmsgFlag" is the one used as it appears 16 times in the spec whereas the other forms only appear 3 times each.
