    Section 7.6.4.2 Operation: DomainParticipant::lookup_topicdescription
    in XTYPES 1.3 makes a changes to the DDS spec in the description of the Operation: DomainParticipant::lookup_topicdescription

    This change should be consolidated into the DDS specification.
