DDS15 — Missing escaping rules for filter expression, topic expression, query expression

    The specification should specify how string parameters should be escaped when used withing a query string, for example a query_expression of "name = 'bar'", but what if bar is a string with a single quote, newline, tab, etc? The specification should specify the escaping rules for that.
