DDS15 — Add a function that allows releasing any resources created by the DomainParticipantFactory

    The Domain Participant Factory may create resources (e.g. tables that allow looking up or manage created domain participants, etc.)

    These resources need to be released when the application shuts down so that they are not reported as "leaks" by the OS.

    A function should be added that forcefully releases all resources created by the DomainParticipantFactory. This function would have as a pre-requisite that all DomainParticipants have been deleted...
