Summary:
The PIM contains definitions for most of the "reference semantic" classes. But it does not directly define the "value semantic" classes such as: Time_t, Duration_t, SequenceNumber_t, InstanceHandle_t, StatusKind, StatusMask, etc.
Some types like ReturnCode_t are defined. But this is done in an odd place: (section 2.2.1.1 'Format and Conventions').
The PIM would be more clear if these types were all defined clearly in a centralized place. For example the Infrastructure module.
This issue should be treated as a "Blocker" so it is resolved ahead of other issues. That way the other issues can refer to the new definitions and organization.
